Form N349 - Court Application Form for Third Party Debt Order
This PROP.SP.24 - Form N349 - Court Application Form for Third Party Debt Order can be used where a landlord has obtained a court order requiring a tenant to pay money, for example rent arrears, and the debt remains unpaid.
Applying to court for a third-party debt order asks the court to ‘freeze’ money held by a third-party, such as the debtor’s bank.
